Where to Find the Best Pizza in Las Vegas
Pizza is undeniably one of the best dishes on earth. It can be eaten warm. Cold. For dinner. For lunch. Heck, we’ve even been known to sample a slice at breakfast.
Luckily for Las Vegas, there are some out-of-this-world pie makers right here in town. You may want to put on some stretch pants for this list — from deep dish to New York style to 13 time-award winning specialties, here are some of our favorite Las Vegas pizzas.
Secret Pizza
This pizza is not so secret anymore. Hidden down a hallway on the 3rd floor at the Cosmopolitan you can find some of the most delicious pizza slices. There is no sign but you will know you are there when you start following the records lining the walls. They serve New York style pizza at a walk up counter and seating is available but its limited. We’d give you a website but…it’s too secret.
3708 Las Vegas Boulevard South at the Cosmopolitan - 3rd floor.
Giordano’s
Located on the Las Vegas Strip, Giordano’s specializes in deep-dish pizza and other classic Italian dishes. It’s the ideal spot to go with your whole family, as you can choose from thin or deep-dish pizzas. There’s also a separate kids menu, where little ones can enjoy smaller pizzas or spaghetti dishes. The relaxed atmosphere means it’s a great spot to spend time after a busy day exploring the Strip.
Grimaldi’s Pizza
Inside the Palazzo Las Vegas, you’ll find Grimaldi’s Pizza. This Brooklyn restaurant has two locations on the Strip, but this particular one will make you feel like you’ve arrived in New York for the night. Choose from a wide range of toppings and menu options, which are great for kids and adults alike.
Old School Pizzeria
Head to North Las Vegas or Summerlin for some of the best pizza in the city, courtesy of Giovanni Mauro. Some of our favorite options on the menu at Old School Pizzeria include the Regina Margherita, the Pork Reigns, and the Calabrese. For a more unique pizza dish, we recommend trying the Hard Core Old School which features cured egg yolks and white anchovies on top.
Pizza Rock
The owner of Pizza Rock is Tony Gemignani, a thirteen-time champion in pizza making, so you can be sure you are in for a treat when dining here. They have locations in both downtown Las Vegas and Green Valley Ranch, which offers six different styles of pizza. We love the classic American or the Grandam, but also appreciate the range of gluten-free pizzas on offer.
Evel Pie
Take an evening away from the Las Vegas Strip to enjoy exploring Fremont Street. After walking around, head to Evel Pie, which offers pizza by the slice. It’s a great option for a late-night adventure in this part of the city. Two of the top sellers here include the Barry White Pie or the Balls to the Wall pizza.
